Born in Rio de Janeiro, Ana-Carolina moved to Paris in 2005, building a strong international background in aviation sales & marketing. In 2018, she relocated to Lisbon and experienced first-hand the challenges of moving countries, dealing with documentation, visas and advisors, which later inspired her to help others do it smoothly and with clarity.
She is the founder of LXUS Portugal, a boutique firm specializing in relocation advisory (documentation, visas/residency, healthcare, schools) and buyer-side representation for international clients seeking a refined life in Portugal. LXUS is recognised for its discreet access to off-market luxury estates – including historic palaces, vineyard & winery estates, oceanfront mansions, boutique hotels and legacy rural properties.
With experience across luxury real estate, hospitality and F&B, Ana combines a methodical and culturally sensitive approach. Fluent in Portuguese, English and French, she helps clients build not only a home, but a meaningful new chapter in Portugal, with trust, structure and discretion.
